In January I bought a personal scale to put in my room so I can monitor my weight effectively. Before then i only weighed at the doctor or if a freind asked me how much i was or just because I really didn't know.
Since then i was literally weighing every single day sometimes three times per day..being depressed when I gained that 0.5 lbs during the day or gaining that two pounds when I got dressed.
Now I'm being told (by Sparkpeople) that I should weigh once per week!!! Are these people crazy!!
I didn't go so well last week with the scale there hypnotizing me towards it's flat surface AHHHHH!!!!
So today I decided to put that scale in the wardrobe so I will not need to use it (I hope I remember to weight next week)
I am secretly hoping that I lose weight next week tho...but it feels good not knowing till then
