How am I going? It's a mixed bag.
-I stopped tracking food for a few days over the weekend, but kept a mental food diary, meaning to enter it later. I probably went over on calories on those days - I'm just really bad at judging unless I've actually seen the numbers.
-However, I have kept up my "no sugar" thing. With the exception of dessert on Sunday night (which was made for me by friends). This has meant much less snacking than otherwise, because mostly the only snacks available are sugary.
-I've also kept the alcohol intake to weekend-only. HOWEVER I accidentally overdid it on Friday night and as a result felt like rubbish all Saturday.
-EXERCISE. I've been doing it. On Saturday to Tuesday I just did walks, but some of them were quite long walks. I've been doing the bootcamp videos as well, although I had major trouble getting any internet connection over the weekend. I don't actually feel like I'm pushing myself as much as I could. But now I've downloaded all the videos so I'm not reliant on my home internet.
This morning I went for a run, despite being severely sleep-deprived and I do feel much better for it. Tonight I'll blitz a couple of videos - must try to find a bonus video to download as well - and then try to catch up on some sleep.
I may have lost 0.3kg but it's hard to tell because of some other factors.
So overall - I think it's going well!
