Thanks for the shoutout, boo! I've been thinking about you - I lost my Dad and my Aunt both this time last year within 3 weeks of each other to cancer. My dad had paranasal cancer and my aunt had pancreatic cancer. It's really tough watching someone you love be so sick and watching them fight.
That being said - you take care of what you need to do right now. Don't be stressing over eating - your journey will be here when life gets a little less hectic. I wills say that I think you have a great plan to keep up making the small changes where you can. So you have a couple of doughnut holes for comfort? Go for a 10-15 minute walk. Get you some whipped Peter Pan peanut butter and sugar free strawberry preserves. If you're going to have it - you can have it in a better way.
