I can't seem to get out of this rut. I have only worked out once since rejoining. And went back to smoking, ugh! I don't know what or how to get myself going. I am getting frustrated and my belly shows the weight am gaining!!!! I don't know how to follow through with this plan...

  I understand where you are coming from. I lost 30 lbs. last year and have since put 10 back on. You can do it though. If you can get yourself to workout, just imagine it paired with healthy eating and the weight you will lose. I recently bought a decent exercise bike on ebay for $120. If you can afford it, I would recommend it. It's easier than dragging yourself to the gym. emoticon
