Its been a while, Just one more week of physical therapy. Getting started on working out and getting myself back in shape. I gained while I was off, hubby did everything for me! Love the man! Belly,s bigger tho. I need to connect with these teams again, and everyone. Getting my mind set.... But hubbys retired now, how do I make a routine??? He doesn,t stop me, but he,s there. I wear my clothes baggy tho, I don,t like to see rolls of loose skin. So I really have to start weight training! Been looking at Tosca,s clean eating recipes, I live in an apartment, so I don,t have a place to put all this stuff, then preparing 5 mini meals, but 1 hot pepper, what do we do with the rest. I,d be cooking and doing dishes all day. Thats not me, It seems like we need to do the tried and true.....My refridgerator isn,t big enough. One meal is yogurt with milk and protein powder, or a shake. Any thoughts???
