I just mapped out all my work outs from now until August 31st! Feels so good to have a do able plan. I wanted to have my work outs scheduled up till my wedding date, but I also am training for a half marathon that is on October 21st!
Now of course all good plans sometimes go amok! but I am totally prepared to follow threw with this work out plan! And the best part about it is I am positive this is a very good plan that I can stick too~
This along with the Eating to Live Challenge, I feel as if I am ready to take on the world!
