My back feels much better finally but it's still weak when I move certain ways, and I have not worked up the guts to get back on the floor since the last time I was stranded down there for four hours because of my back.
I have been working hard to get myself into a workout habit, the week that did not really workout wasn't to bad, but for some reason this week I've got the get moving itch. It's pretty cool but kind of annoying at the same time. I need to focus on restarting my sugar free lifestyle, but it seems that I've had to move backwards first to find a new workout routine that my back will let me do.
This blows, but it's all a process and sometimes you have to move backwards to get around and obstacle before pressing onward. Bleh it's annoying though.
