Feb Mar and Apr have been really tough. I'd been gaining and losing the same 6 lbs for weeks. But, for the past two weeks, I'm down to gaining and losing 2 lbs which I consider an improvement.
Also, I've been bored with my exercise routine. Curves - getting there three times a week has been a real chore. So I decided to shake it up. Sat I joined a 'real' gym and have been having a great time trying all the cardio classes. I was totally shocked and pleased yesterday to make it through a whole hour of Zumba.
So, things are looking up, in spite of the fact Thurs is my 60th birthday. May WILL be a good month.
