I am so happy with todays weigh-in. I didn't make the best choices over the weekend and did not drink my water like I should have. On Monday I was busy with dr's appt and that messed up my routine as well but I made sure to have a healthy dinner and I did some jumping jacks and some jump rope to get my heart rate up. I really didnt think that I would lose anything. I know I started out on Spark People at 194 but before I really got into losing weight and being healthy I went up to almost 196! So I will take the 3lbs that it says I lost but knowing that I lost actually 5lbs makes me happy. I cannot wait for next weeks weigh in.
