I titled this entry "My Poor Nose" because at this point my nose must be worn down to the nub from all the grindstones I've pressed it to.
Here I am. It's May 2012. I still haven't achieved the weight loss I wanted. So I'm back at it. I'm going to take it a week at a time.
Here's my workout schedule for the week:
Monday: Turbo Jam
Wednesday: Yoga plus FIRM with weights
Thursday: Ballroom dance class
Friday: FIRM with weights
So this gets me a variety of activities, intensities, and some weight training, too. This, along with some good eating habits, will hopefully get me on the right track again.
