My revised weight loss goal - 30 lbs. gone forever by Labor Day.

Workouts will consist of:

Monday through Friday @ 5am - NordicTrack Incline Trainer w/Jillian
Monday through Friday @ 11am - Office Gym on Treadmill (read and watch E! news)
Monday through Saturday @ 8 pm - Jillian Michaels Body Revolution
Sunday - Rest day (what's that???)

Sleep will consist of getting to bed by 9:30 pm. No if's, and's or but's!

I will attempt to eat 90-95% Paleo which is completely doable because I've done it before, but fell off the wagon a few times. Friday nights will be date night and that usually consists of margaritas and mexican food. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE mexican food! emoticon

We have a cruise the first of October and I will turn 47 on October 7th. I would love to snorkel, swim and wear a swimsuit in confidence for once. Not to mention tank tops and sundresses. I hate my arms and would love some new guns. I'm leaving this up to Jillian.

    You can definitely do it! I'm impressed with your workout regimen, sounds like you work hard each and every day! I bet it's kind of strange to take a rest day on Sundays, too. Hope your paleo eating is going well, too!

You've got a plan, and you are determined! What better mix? You will be ROCKIN' a bikini on that cruise in October!

So, are you going to be accountable here -- weekly? monthly? Come on, your progress will inspire me!
