My revised weight loss goal - 30 lbs. gone forever by Labor Day.
Workouts will consist of:
Monday through Friday @ 5am - NordicTrack Incline Trainer w/Jillian
Monday through Friday @ 11am - Office Gym on Treadmill (read and watch E! news)
Monday through Saturday @ 8 pm - Jillian Michaels Body Revolution
Sunday - Rest day (what's that???)
Sleep will consist of getting to bed by 9:30 pm. No if's, and's or but's!
I will attempt to eat 90-95% Paleo which is completely doable because I've done it before, but fell off the wagon a few times. Friday nights will be date night and that usually consists of margaritas and mexican food. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE mexican food!
We have a cruise the first of October and I will turn 47 on October 7th. I would love to snorkel, swim and wear a swimsuit in confidence for once. Not to mention tank tops and sundresses. I hate my arms and would love some new guns. I'm leaving this up to Jillian.
