Ive been doing a great job staying consistant on my workouts. Ive joined a few classes at the YMCA,and Im loving it. Im doing good on my meals too. Im just a little impatient though. Im one of those people that like to see instant results. I know it will happen in due time,lb by lb. Im moving on. Somedays I feel like working out longer than an hour,but then my house work gets backed up,then all hell breaks loose. Ive found doing a walk routine on excercise TV helps after dinner. I feel like it helps my food digest a bit faster too. I noticed my belly doesnt stay bloated as long. All in all ,things are great and Im very proud of my self! emoticon
