I woke up this morning with Zumba on my mind. Well, I fell asleep with the t.v on and the Zumba informercial was on as I turned over around 4am, so I thought I would squeeze one in after my youngest headed for the bus and before I head over to the job. I figured it would do my body good. And it did.
I basically gave up on working out in the mornings due to hair issues and massive amount of sweating I do well after the workout which makes it hard to feel fresh and clean even after my shower...so on my way to work, I decided to change my strategy and "getting it in" in the morning may workout after all.
So cardio in the morning, Bodyrock.tv in the evening (which is the bomb-the ladies are so nice on that site).. I think this might work.
