Morning Workout Trial

I woke up this morning with Zumba on my mind. Well, I fell asleep with the t.v on and the Zumba informercial was on as I turned over around 4am, so I thought I would squeeze one in after my youngest headed for the bus and before I head over to the job. I figured it would do my body good. And it did.

I basically gave up on working out in the mornings due to hair issues and massive amount of sweating I do well after the workout which makes it hard to feel fresh and clean even after my on my way to work, I decided to change my strategy and "getting it in" in the morning may workout after all.

So cardio in the morning, in the evening (which is the bomb-the ladies are so nice on that site).. I think this might work.

    I read your blog, I love Zumba, but I will admit I don't do it enough. I went to that that you said you went too. looks like a mini boot camp (lol) I know i'm not ready for anything like that yet, but will put it in my favorites and watch it from time to time, another great way to get motivation. Thanks for the information, Good luck and have fun doing the Zumba.
