BLC week 3 strongend plan!!

My goal for this week is to stay within SparkPeople nutritional guidelines.
I will also do these workouts:
Today tuesday-upper body workout
Thursday-lower body workout
Friday-cardio for speed
Saturday-full body workout
Sunday I will weigh in for my strong end.
I will also drink at least 8 cups of water everyday!
