First mini goal

My first mini goal is to get under 200 pounds. I haven't been since early in my pregnancy and that was about a year and a half ago. Kinds sad that in March I was less than 2 pounds away and I wasted that time but I need to look forward. So, here's to working on 6.1 pounds! I can do that. Totally. No time limit, just looking forward to getting there.

I've done the "eat healthy" thing countless times but this time, I'm really catching myself realizing I can't just grab anything, I can't go get hash browns at Chick Fil A (a recent favorite along with a large coffee...complete with multiple creams and sugars).

So, I'm off to track some food and drink more water. Later folks!

    I've discovered i was eating way more than I realized....just mindless nibbling throughout the day. I've finally got control back. You've got a great goal. You'll do it!!

    You CAN do it! Good to "see" you back, girl!! I purchased a Fitbook and it has been a fantastic little tool and has helped me to keep a log of what I am eating. I am not a calorie counter, though...

How's that baby doing?????
