My first mini goal is to get under 200 pounds. I haven't been since early in my pregnancy and that was about a year and a half ago. Kinds sad that in March I was less than 2 pounds away and I wasted that time but I need to look forward. So, here's to working on 6.1 pounds! I can do that. Totally. No time limit, just looking forward to getting there.
I've done the "eat healthy" thing countless times but this time, I'm really catching myself realizing I can't just grab anything, I can't go get hash browns at Chick Fil A (a recent favorite along with a large coffee...complete with multiple creams and sugars).
So, I'm off to track some food and drink more water. Later folks!
