Today is day three of my walking the beast. She gets better every day. A little less pulling and already starting to pick up the pace. My goal is to walk her every day (weather permitting of course). After finding out that she weighs too much, I see it as a challenge to get her into some sort of doggy shape. Eventually I'm going to start some other sort of cardio as well, since walking has never really helped me to lose weight. But if it helps me to shed some inches and tone up my legs, I'm all for it!
