Since returning from my vacation I have jumped back into losing the weight I gained & training for my 5k. Yesterday was a hard day. I wasn't able to complete the 30min, only got to 25min. I started getting a pain on my side & was difficult to breathe. I did get home & do the 10min of strength training for the other Sparkpeople challenge I joined. So not all was bad.
Today is a rest day, errands to run, but I will squeeze some type of exercise in.
