I actually did it and feel good about it! I completed run 3 of week 1 on Sunday and will begin week 2 tonight! Run 1 was rough, did alot more brisk/fast paced walking at times than jogging but by run 3 I was jogging through it all! It could not have felt better and I actually cannot wait to work out - can't say that has happened before!
I am still holding myself accountable for what I eat etc. and making sure to track any and all entry of food into my mouth which is definitely helping. :)
