Ok so piazza is not a diet friendly item. But with the addition of flax seed & Quinoa flour to the dough the crust can be healthy. I make homemade piazza all the tme. Making the carve better is another step in the right direction. I am going to use Pedro reciepe in the book instead of tomato sauce. So tonight is a green garden pizza. I am going to make the Quinoa flaxseed piazza crust on both pizzas. Mine will have green sauce and their red sauce. Knowing my daughter she will have to try mine as well. Until the next recipe.
