Yesterday I laid out for a bit too long, didnt look so bad until late night. I'm an Irish redhead and burn easy. At least I got the first one out of the way. I skipped out on breakfast , ate a skimpy lunch and dinner, so I need to get in some nutrients today. Went for a 4 mile bike ride this morning bright and early as usual. Need to do my strength training exercises today, I skipped out on them yesterday. Feeling good and looking forward to the results this week !! Hope you all are having a great week as well !
