Awesome morning at Around the Clock Fitness. Weigh in morning was 297, so 3 more off of last week. According to Donna's chart, we're right on it, so that felt awesome.
We did 3 sets instead of 2 with 8 reps to a set. Still really working hard when it comes to planks and lunges, but they're getting better. We did 25 minutes on the treadmill today and she wanted my heart rate up to 160bpm and we got there the last incline to 11 degrees at 4.0 mph, so I was sucking air pretty hard.
I feel good. I was still sweating well after my shower, so I hope I am not too "stinky" today:) I have a 3 mile walk in SF this weekend for the Breast Cancer Cause, so looking forward to that.
