    Don't panic!
Start small...what is a goal that you can acheive that is also a step in the right direction, that you can do every day for the rest of the week? That's how I've done it, one thing at a time...avoid getting yourself into an overwhelming situation. You can do this. We can do this. Look at how you've already grown! You are asking for help! Tell me your goal and I'll nag you ;)

I can only agree Judy - keep reaching out when you need help, and take it one day at a time. This is a major change you are making, so it is not surprising that there are some detours and backtracking from time to time. So many have been through the same thing. Remember what worked for you the first time, and remain open to learning anything new that might help you. You are not alone!

    Blessings and hugs, Nattacia

It's never too late to call "do-over!" Just never give up completely, and you're sure to get where you need to be! Patience, and trust the process. Back to basics, and remember to check in with your buddies to remind yourself of two things:

Why you're working on it (you know this better than anyone)!

And that you're worth doing it for!

This is exactly what SparkPeople is all about - friends helping friends. Never feel embarrassed about asking for help. We're all in the same boat and we can all use a life preserver at one time or another. I'm here for you - whatever you need!

Starting fresh is a great idea! Start each day with a new attitude - before you know it, you will be back on the losing track.

Remember to take it one step at a time - don't look at how far you have to go - instead look at how far you have come. You have lost 15-20 lbs.! That's great!! Now just think about losing 1-2 lbs. a week by eating smarter and increasing the exercise.
