All this week, I am doing some landscaping work for a friend.

I am planting shrubs - 16 altogether, along with pruning, mulching, feeding and creating some new beds and planting other flowers for her family home.

Yesterday, I planted 4 large (10 gallon) shrubs in a newly landscaped area where there had been only grass. This is hard work, and I'm sure I burn a lot of calories, and I also walk to and from her house - 3.4 mile round trip.

The good thing is, I won't have to worry about getting workouts in this week!

I will not go off plan with my diet, and I'll just see how the calories in/calories out theory works.

    I had a landscaping business several years ago. I miss it when the weather is nice LOL
