today is going to be another day of enjoying the weather and doing some form of exercise. To watch what I eat will be another thing, slowly working on the change of things, it is getting easier to do the changes. It depends on the mood that I'm in to how good I do the change, I do go off but I'm also try to eat what is good at the same time. morning cereal, sandwich at lunch or a burrito
a salad at dinner with maybe some soup.
