It's time to renew myself and refill me positivity..

My body has been dragging the past few days and I've had a few nose bleeds which I haven't had since my blood levels were really low. Not sure what that's about. I go to the doctor soon though so I'm not going to even think about it. I've been doing what I can, and what I can do is walk on the treadmill even at a lower pace but for longer and broken up through out the day. This is what I can do and I will build up from there. I'm not going to stress. I'm going to go with it. I can do this! No matter what, I CAN DO THIS!!!

    I actually ate a little too much yesterday after playing with a new recipe. :/ And it's not that I'm tired, it's hard to explain. i feel ok, it's just when I start to exercise the past few days my body feels draggy, tired, a little sore. It may be a bit of a flare up. I get them more during the spring and summer from being out in the sun more with the boys soccer. I'm trying to work with it though instead of against it this time so maybe it won't turn into a full on flare. Fingers Crossed. Thank you guys so much for your support!! emoticon

    You keep it up. You are doing great. I am sorry you are feeling tired. Is it possible that you need more fuel for your work-outs. You are exceeding your goals which is amazing. Great blog, so inspiring.
