Pressing Restart - Week 9 Recap

Oops! I am behind on this as week 9 ended last Thursday! Better late than never, eh?
Week 9 was all about food! I'm in the thick of the Eat to Live Challenge and have shifted my focus (just a bit) to put food over exercise on the priority list. Don't get me wrong - I still get my 60 minutes a day of sweat time, but I had to clear some space for all these yummy recipes and also taking the time to administer this lovely challenge.
It was a good week! I enjoyed being able to work out however the mood struck me rather than the strict regimen I'd been doing weeks 1-8. I truly feel I can get to goal by the end of week 15, it's in spitting distance!
