Week Nineteen: Feeling Better.

Much better today. I didn't wake up early to do R.I.P.P.E.D. but I did get in three hours of Zumba! I tried Gold Zumba, apparently this is low impact Zumba for people that have restrictions and seniors. I like it a lot, very easy stuff. I even put in the high impact stuff from certain songs I remembered. This was nice.
So after work and training I had two hours (two classes) of Gold Zumba and then my Aqua Zumba class. I had three hours of my instructor. It was a lot of fun. I did get mixed up because I'm use to certain moves with the Aqua Zumba and it was totally different on land. Also the same goes with Regular Zumba with Gold Zumba. It's nice to know there are so many options. I think if I would've known about Gold Zumba I would've taken classes earlier. But now the I have been doing all the high impact stuff it's good to know that I can do all Zumba. I just don't like the major jumping stuff. I will stick with the Aqua exercises for that.
Also there was a very cute guy swimming when I was at aqua Zumba. It was nice to steal glances at him while I was working out in that direction. A few times I noticed him looking over at me. Don't mean anything. It made me feel like "oh my gosh he's looking over here." I just kept my workout going. Hopefully I will see him there next week. I'd like to look some more. It makes the workouts fun.
Five things I'm grateful for:

2. A good workout.
3. Feeling nice and relaxed.
4. My nice warm bed.
5. My white noise machine.
