Most people complain about having a "bad food day" I've had a bad food few months. I go in spurts. One good month, two really baaaaaaad months. 6 good months, 6 bad months. I was in such a good spot about May of 2011 and then it all fell apart. Not sure what happened. It's been an unusual year. I'm getting really good at starting over, again and again and again....

What I've learned:

I must keep tracking food. It's all bad when I stop.

I must keep exercising. I was in a really good routine and up to 45 minutes 5 days a week and then ????

Stress is not my friend
Success is this way....

Get 10 minutes of exercise. I've done it before I can do it again.

Blogging helps me too. Doing it daily keeps me engaged in what I am doing. Like reporting to a boss. I plan to blog more. Starting new routines is challenging but I can do it. I've done it before.
Tomorrow I have plans with my 14yo son to go for a walk/jog in the early morning. My sister and I have been talking about doing this for weeks but tomorrow it WILL happen.
