Blogging Day 2
Well here are my goals I set yesterday-----Lets see how I did!
1. Log all of my food and work outs daily (check, done)
2. Weigh and record my weight daily (check, done)
3. Eat clean, no processed foods (did pretty good, had a weak moment and got a starbucks)
4. Work out at least once a day, preferably twice! (Went for a 60 minute bike ride)
5. Wake up by 6 am daily and make breakfast, 20 minutes on the elliptical before work (Couldn't wake up, I did eat breakfast but on the go, yogurt)
6. Post a picture and inspirational quote daily (yikes, bed time I will try tomorrow)
7. Write on my blog once a day (Check)
8. Talk about my journey with at least one person daily (check, momma)
9. Water! Drink at least 80 ounces daily (not quite, I forget and only drank maybe 40)
10. Do something nice for someone else daily (I was nice but I want to do something specific daily, tomorrow!)
Well I gotta go to bed!
Tomorrow is a new day and I will try harder!
