This is my first day using Sparkpeople.com. I've "Worked out" before just, I usually just did a little bit of moving, not much actual exercise. Dieting? Well, I eat when I feel like it, I didn't care what I ate really. But today is a new day. I'm ready to start my journey, I'm lookin' forward to it. I know there will be challenges but I will overcome them.
Day one: I walked for 20 minutes and PLAYED basketball.
