Breakfast. Protein pancake with apples and walnuts, topped with coconut milk and cinnamon!

Lunch: Chicken & avocado with spicy brown mustard!

Dinner: Roast beef with greenleaf lettuce and spicy mustard... I have rediscovered my love for mustard! Lol!!
