Ugh! I went out to dinner tonight to a local Italian place for some grilled pizza (part of a fundraiser for my community chorus). So good, but so stuffed! I got in 30 minutes of kick boxing today. I wanted to do more, but my quads are pretty sore from yesterday. It's good though, it lets me know that I ran my best race.

I always think I look funny when I run. I'm not sure if it's because I have a short stride or what, but I guess it gets me there. Enjoy and make tomorrow great!
Goals for tomorrow:
80+ oz water
AM workout: easy 30 minute run
PM workout: 45-60 minutes cardio/circuit training
Track my food and make good choices
In bed by 10:00 pm
