I am on my 4th spark challenge for the year
I am meeting my goals with the exception of one: I have hit another plateau on losing weight.
I have joined the healthy family challenge this month. I have MORE to learn about getting healthy. I have more changes to make.
My number one problem is low blood pressure - as there are NO teams for this issue on Spark I created a team for those of us with low blood pressure or hypo tension. Hypo tension can be just as dangerous as high blood pressure. I also at this time have LOW thyroid function. It takes about 6 weeks to 12 weeks to level this out.
I will keep on making healthy changes in my life and I will continue to work out with strength training and cardio. I will continue this journey until I am at a healthy weight and have all of my health conditions in maintain mode.
The wedding of my son is in 7 weeks. I am NOT giving in and I am NOT giving up. I am keeping on keeping on with this journey to health.
