Here's to a fresh start...
1) Lose 5-8 pounds.
2) Lose 2-3 inches.
1) Pack lunch 4 times a week.
2) Write down everything I eat.
3) Have healthy snacks available (celery with hot sauce anyone)
4) Keep good fresh produce and clean fridge of old produce on a weekly basis.
5) Plan menus and stick to that plan.
1) Rack up 1000 fitness minutes.
2) Go for walks across the street from work 2-3 times a week.
3) Rack up 10,000 steps a day.
4) Stretch for 5 minutes everyday.
1) Give myself pep talks when needed.
2) Practice guitar for 300 minutes.
3) Post blog with goal outfits.
4) Finish fitness plan for May.
5) Cook something unique.
6) Get through most of Battle Royale.
7) Start on a story.
Here's to a fantastic and productive May.
