I did well on some things today and not as well on others. I was only able to walk for 8 minutes, when I finally got around to it. I guess I wore myself out today. SO here's what I am doing to make this better. I am going to walk for 10 minutes in the morning after snack and then again in the late afternoon for as long as I can up to 10 minutes. I am hoping to get a full 15 minutes a day in that way. My step count is very low today. Only 750 steps when my goal daily right now is 1500 . I will have to get up and move around more every day to increase this.
My calories were over today. I chose the wrong things for snacks and added over 400 extra calories and also chose full fat greek yogurt instead of my LF regular choice. over 100 extra calories. I am still counting calories here as I am not joining Weight Watchers till Wed or Thurs of this week. They have a special offer on now that if you choose 3 or 6 months of Weight Watchers Online, they waive the registration fee. It is good until the 12th so I can take advantage of that offer.
I am in a more positive state of mind today. I realize that this is very serious for me and I need to pay attention and follow the plan to help me become healthier.
