So I fell off the workout wagon for a few days....and had too much food and beer at our bonfire Saturday night.... but WHATEVER!!!!!!!!!! I'm not feeling one bit guilty today because it was so much fun to hang out with friends and stay up late (3:30 am for me is crazy late!!!)
I say what the heck - today I'm back on track after a really quiet Sunday - slept in, hugged the couch and drank a lot of water....Today I moved back into my office in the basement as I did day one of my own business venture as a consultant. Weird being back down here but it got me in the groove and I know I need to differentiate when I'm at work and when I'm not for my husband. If I work at the kitchen table - he interupts like crazy - he has an office upstairs but doesn't work from home - just split shifts..... So what does he do today??? He skypes me to meet in the kitchen for lunch..... I love working at home for a living.
And at the end of the day at 3:30 - I went upstairs, put on my workout clothes and did 45 minutes of cardio - so I am back in the game. Last month I was ranked 27th on the fitness minutes for the month - this month of May I'm aiming for top 15 so I better get going!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think it is so cool that we can challenge ourselves against others in sparkteams. Even though I'm working out on my own I have a group to measure myself against.
This month my goal is 1500 minutes of cardio.
