i did my measurements today with my trainer and apparently i lost 1 pound yay me
then he broke out the tape and i dont know its a love hate thing . he said i lost 3 inches in my waist but chest ,hips are the same ..
why cant all the numbers change ? why only that spot !! HUH WHY BODY OF MINE WHYY!!!
okay enough of that , either way a lose is a lose . ill take it !
i got my workout planned for this week . I know what i need to do and how long for.
I did 70 mins on the treadmill this morning alternating inclines .
Drank.. currently drinking my vi-shake for breakfast though i think i gotta add half soy half water since because half soy , its just too thick
got a load of clothes done , so yay for multi-tasking when possible
still got time before work to get in my biggest loser dvd this is my 2nd week and my thighs are still a major hurt for me but one day it'll get easier right ! so press on i should . I am glad that my knee doesnt bother me .. so ill take the thigh pain over knee pain .
Good things Bad things .. it all works out . I only wish it could be like that at work but today is a brand new day /week and I shall be optimistic and just roll with things and learn to watch my own a** .. sad but gotta do it ..
