School. It's a beast. I know one CAN make time to eat healthy and exercise while going to school, but I have not mastered that technique. Exercise has gone out the window. Diet has been supervised, but not monitiored. I have basically been striving to maintain, which is basically settling for being mediocre, but hey, it's something. I really need to reach my goals this year, though, so no more playing around and making excuses. I am do to graduate in the Fall, and I want to look GOOD in those pictures. I want to be proud of all my accomplishments when I look at thoses pics, both mental and physical. I am going to make it happen. My goal this week is to get into my exercise routine, and back into all this health stuff I have been neglecting. Today I am trying to get as many Sparkpoints as possible. And, it's nice to see so many familiar faces on here back. Maybe everyone is getting their wake up calls about the same time. :)
