I changed the workout today

Instead of bodypump I did an activtrax workout. This is to facilitate the ironman challenge at the gym. I can accumulate the needed points to get to 100,000 this way I hope. It also gives me more variety which is good too. I also did 65 minutes of cardio with 45 on the elliptical and 20 walking
