Well it's been said time and time again but the only reasonable way to lose weight is cutting back, healthy eating, and exercise!!! I have tried so many "quick fixes" and they just don't work in the long run. So I am taking it slow, cardio 3 x week, strength 3 x week, and clean eating!!! No more trying the easy way out, just hardwork and dedication to a better me!!!
