Today I start a nine day detox/healthy eating only journey. Gonna exercise everyday. Trying to fit in cardio, i.e. walking AND yoga or pilates. Must remind myself, first, this is only the beginning, it's only for 9 days, and I am worth it and i can do it! Lemon water in the morning, then long life cocktail. Healthy breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner!
