I weighed in at 164.2 today, which is a new low weight for me. So what is improving for me? The spring weather is making it possible for me to get out and walk more. I have been averaging 10 miles a week this month. I have also been working on getting better, consistent sleep, and I don't seem to be craving chocolate as much (that doesn't mean I'm not eating it quite regularly--just not as much.)
The new range I am in to loose the next 5 pounds really excites me because when I reach 159, I will be back in the safe BMI range!
