My Stats....Take 2.

This is my second time starting Low Carb, I'm sure my losses will be different from the previous time, but I am going to continue to track my stats this round. I weigh in on Monday mornings each week and take measurements every month. I'm hoping to remember to take a pic every month also....lets see if I can remember to do so. emoticon

(May) Starting Measurements:
Arms: 12.5"
Thighs: 23.5"
Waist: 39"
Chest: 37"
Hips: 43.25

Start weight: 163.4
Week 1 (5/7/12): 158.8 (-4.6 lbs.)
Week 2 (5/14/12): 156.8 (-2 lbs.)
Week 3 (5/21/12): 155.8 (-1 lb.)
Week 4 (5/28/12): 160.2 (+4.4 lbs.) TOM approaching and muscles are sore emoticon

June Measurements:
Arms: 12.25" (-.25")
Thighs: 22" (-1.5")
Waist: 36" (-3")
Chest: 36" (-1")
Hips: 42" (-1.25")

Week 5 (6/4/12): 156.4 (-3.8 lbs.)
Week 6 (6/11/12): 155.6 (-0.8 lbs.)
Week 7 (6/18/12): 156.0 (+0.4 lbs.)

    Down 4.6 is great Karen. Glad to see you back. I'm stuck at a plateau. Eating junk lately. I need to refocus.
