It's time

It hit me yesterday that I eat about 3,000 calories - what the hell am I doing? I shouldn't be eating that much!

It's time. I need to make a change. I am at my highest I have EVER been. I feel terrible (physically) and know if I lose weight I will feel better (physically and mentally).

Here's to a new day.

I made it! I'm a little hungry but not bad. One day at a time!

    Good for you! Are you tracking? If not, commit to tracking everyday, no matter what. It helps as you'll be really aware of what you're eating.

Another thing that sometimes derails me is the snacking thing. I know it's recommended, but I think I do better with three really decent meals a day and may a little treat on somedays.

I've moved recently (not one of my better decisions) and have been tied in knots, which helps, but i've also realized that I've been basically eating three meals and staying well within my range.

    great attitude! today is a new day!I was in a similar boat yesterday so I know how today sucks! But if we do good today think about how great we'll feel tomorrow! have a wonderful day!
