It hit me yesterday that I eat about 3,000 calories - what the hell am I doing? I shouldn't be eating that much!
It's time. I need to make a change. I am at my highest I have EVER been. I feel terrible (physically) and know if I lose weight I will feel better (physically and mentally).
Here's to a new day.
