The First Two Weeks

While I haven't seen the progress I woud have liked on the scale (only down 2.4 lbs so far), I've found successes in other places of my life from the changes I've made over the last two weeks since joing Spark People. I've been exercising by taking my puppy for walks around our neighborhood. I've been drinking more water. I've been tracking every little thing I eat, which has really helped me hold myself accountable. I believe that if I stick with these habits and continue to add more healthy habits the weight loss will come, and I will have developed a healthy lifestyle that will stick with me in the process. As a result of the little changes I have made, I can already tell I have more energy, and am feeling positive about sticking with it! My motivation is high!
