It feels good after you behave on the weekends... I trained 5K Saturday and 5K Sunday mornings, and did 100 crunches each day, so it was a nice feeling, at the beginning of this ride I used to fall of the wagon on the weekends, but this is my second weekend with actually a routine on it and I just love it.
