Week 18 was a great week in exercise. I moved my body on all 7 days for a total of 395 minutes for the week, w/ 3 sessions of glorious kettlebells.
I kept a food journal for most of the week, and tried a bit of calorie-counting, mid-week. (The weekend was my challenge this week.) Doing the math went well, was interesting and informative.
Week 18 two out of three goals met!

Weight dropped throughout the work week. The weekend brought restaurants but also many lovely vegetables, and lots of activity.
Week 19 will remain active and contain a bike ride.
Will aim for 3x kettlebells, first session Tuesday
Will stay aware in restaurants/socially
Craftiness and artistry are on the agenda, too
