Week 18 results, week 19 begins

Week 18 was a great week in exercise. I moved my body on all 7 days for a total of 395 minutes for the week, w/ 3 sessions of glorious kettlebells.

I kept a food journal for most of the week, and tried a bit of calorie-counting, mid-week. (The weekend was my challenge this week.) Doing the math went well, was interesting and informative.

Results:

Week 18 two out of three goals met!

Gold star for over 300 minutes of exercise!
Gold star for 3 sessions of kettlebells!

Weight dropped throughout the work week. The weekend brought restaurants but also many lovely vegetables, and lots of activity.

Future plans:

Week 19 will remain active and contain a bike ride.
Will aim for 3x kettlebells, first session Tuesday
Will stay aware in restaurants/socially
Craftiness and artistry are on the agenda, too


For Week 19 I have the usual minimum goals:

Aerobic activity, 5+ days
Kettlebells, 2+ days
Food journal - daily
