My best friend sent me this in an email this morning and I felt compelled to share it with my spark friends.

Cardiovascular Exercise

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

    You got me on this one...was expecting the normal song and dance about all the tests we need to have done...etc...this will be easy. Think I can incorporate this into my monthly challenge without any challenge!
