No Cardio in 4 Days..Not The Business

I'm sitting here waiting for my children to leave so I can dash over to my complex's gym. I'm not sure how this happened, but I haven't broken a sweat since Wednesday. I let the pain in my thighs keep me down Thursday and Friday, then come Saturday and Sunday I just couldn't (or wouldn't) find a way to squeeze in 30 minutes. I wouldn't feel so bad if I hadn't allowed myself to have too much Cinco with my De Mayo. No sweets, but a quite a few drinks and some queso found their way into my life over the last few days.

So...with that being said, I 'm not going to keep whining about last weekend and how I may have ruined a few days of hard work with every cheesy chip that found its way past my lips, but I'm going to just jump back on the train and keep it moving.

    That's the ticket...dust yourself off and keep trucking. You may be surprised how little damage is done thta can't be be undone quickly. You know how to do it...and I have complete faith that emoticon
