I'm sitting here waiting for my children to leave so I can dash over to my complex's gym. I'm not sure how this happened, but I haven't broken a sweat since Wednesday. I let the pain in my thighs keep me down Thursday and Friday, then come Saturday and Sunday I just couldn't (or wouldn't) find a way to squeeze in 30 minutes. I wouldn't feel so bad if I hadn't allowed myself to have too much Cinco with my De Mayo. No sweets, but a quite a few drinks and some queso found their way into my life over the last few days.
So...with that being said, I 'm not going to keep whining about last weekend and how I may have ruined a few days of hard work with every cheesy chip that found its way past my lips, but I'm going to just jump back on the train and keep it moving.
