Have already had breakfast and am out and about in London town learning the world famous "knowledge" with one of my pals and he decides to stop for a sandwich.

Am currently wheat free (helping son adhere to change because of skin issues), anyway, I ask for a coffee and he comes back with an egg sandwich...

Before I embarked on this journey I would have just said thanks and eaten it - whereas now I am much more aware of other people being nice...

This afternoon I am going to the cinema to watch the Avengers film and again will be encouraged to eat and again - in my previous life - pop corn, sweets and a hot dog would have been the norm...

And that's just what I'm aware of today...
